Where do I go to collect the items I ordered or do one to one exchange?

You can find our address at the "Contact us” page. However, please let us know before coming down to avoid the disappointment of not collecting your items/ going home empty handed

Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

Deliveries will be made only within Singapore. Delivery will be at the address in Singapore you have stated in your order. We will endeavour to make delivery within ten (10) days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order but time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control. Deliveries will be made on Mondays To Fridays 8.30am to 7pm, and Saturday 8.30am - 3pm There will be a delivery charge of $30.00 for purchases less than $300.00. We may at our discretion use a third party delivery contractor to make delivery. There will be a $30.00 charge for re-scheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery(as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods. Door-step delivery (except bulky item) shall be within Singapore only (Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays). Note: Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and Wah Lei shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises. If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee of $30.00.

Do I need to register first before any purchase?

Yes, you need to register with our website and log in with your password before placing an order with us. In the event that you are unable to register or log in to our website, you can contact us at 62650033 during office hours, or email us your order at wahlei@singnet.com.sg so that our friendly Customer Service Officer will help you on purchasing online.

I cannot find an item on your website, what should I do?

If you cannot find any item on our website, please email to wahlei@singnet.com.sg. Our staff will always be delighted to assist you with your needs.

Is the product listed price fixed? Can you provide us with a quotation if our company wants to buy in large quantities?

Do you do installation?

Installation services is currenly not available.

Which areas do you provide delivery to?

We deliver to all places in Singapore except the No-Go Zones ( Restricted Area). If you wish to have the items to be delivered to areas listed in the No-Go-Zones, please let us know before placing the order and we will try our best to make an arrangement for you.
