1. Placing an order

   When you place an order to purchase products from us, your order is deemed an offer to purchase products from us. We have absolute discretion to reject your order without any reason.

   You cannot cancel your order once we accept your order. We reserve the right to refund you the price of any product/s for which you have paid (in lieu of delivery or supply of such product/s), even after we have sent you an email informing that your order has been accepted and payment has been received by us.

2. Price

   The price of any product is (except in cases of obvious error) as displayed in our website “Wahlei.com.sg”. All prices are stated in Singapore dollars and exclusive of Goods and Services Tax. There may be additional charges for delivery /installation/ disposal. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not effect orders in respect of which we have sent you an email accepting your order. Prices on our website may differ from the prices you see in our store, this may be due to limited products quantities or special online promotions.

   Any discounts and rebates offered are on such terms and conditions as we may from time to time prescribe and may be withdrawn or cancelled by us without notice. All Promotional and Limited offer items are subject to change without further notice.

   All free gifts offered are while stocks last and are not exchangeable and may be withdrawn or cancelled at any time without notice.

3. Disclaimer

   Exclusions and Limitations

   The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

   1. excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature; and
   2. excludes all liability for damages arising our of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profit was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

   This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

4. Payment

   Major Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid thirty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed SGD10,000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and /or court costs.

5. Risk of loss and damage

   Risk of loss and damage of the products you purchase passes to you on delivery. We shall retain title to the products until such time as payment in full (including delivery charges) has been effected.

6. Returns and Exchanges

   We may, subject to our discretion and policies, allow returns and exchanges. Should returns be allowed, refund will be either in the form of credit vouchers or credit back to the credit card used for the purchase within a period of 1 month.

   1 to 1 Exchange applies with these criteria:

   1. Product found to be defective or faulty.
   2. Within 7 days after delivery completion.
   3. Item and invoice/delivery order has to be brought down to our store/office. Fulfilment is subject to delivery schedule and stock availability
7. Delivery

   Deliveries will be made only within Singapore. Delivery will be at the address in Singapore you have stated in your order. We will endeavour to make delivery within ten (10) days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order but time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control. Deliveries will be made on Mondays To Fridays 8.30am to 7pm, and Saturday 8.30am - 3pm

   1. There will be a delivery charge of $30.00 for purchases less than $200.00.
   2. We may at our discretion use a third party delivery contractor to make delivery.
   3. There will be a $30.00 charge for re-scheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery(as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods. Door-step delivery (except bulky item) shall be within Singapore only (Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays).
      Note: Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and Wah Lei shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.
      If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee of $30.00.

   Like most interactive websites, this Company's website uses cookies to enable the functionality of some areas and ease of use for those people visiting.

13. Force Majeure

    Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

    We reserve the right to amend, vary and change these terms & conditions at our discretion without any notice.

15. Applicable Law

    These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to and/or in connection with these terms & conditions.
